Workout of the day
Watch out Gummy Bears. I'm not posting points, but I will tell you what I did yesterday 01/17/13.
20 Min As Many Rounds As Possible
10 Push Press (75 lbs.)
15 Pull ups
20 Double Unders (jump rope)
Total: 6 rounds + 5 push presses.
The bummer is the Nike FuelBand does not seem to register pull ups very well.
